Modified Guards Van

I had a spare Peco guards van of the Midland variety which didn't fit in with my GWR stock and thought that this might make a good conversion to a Nn3 guards van. After pulling the van apart I cut the sides off the body, narrowed the body and then reattached the sides.  Similarly I cut the roof in half and removed the appropriate amont of material before gluing the two halves back together again.  I decided to reuse the chassis that came with the kit. Again I simply cut the chassis in half and then glued the two parts back together once I removed enough material.  I may replace the chassis with an etched one at a later stage.
